My view- on Life....
Cool...i have something wise to talk about at last.....
this is my way to help you understand life better.....
Imagine Life is like ONE HOUR FREE STYLE SPEED PAINTING!!!!!
step 1: paint really loosely and find the 'thing' that captures your attention, the 'thing' that interests you, the 'thing' that will make you want to further explore about...
step2: after finding the 'thing', try your best to bring out what you want to 'see'.....
step3: in this given time(refering to your lifespan), spent your time efficiently and effectively on stuff that you want to focus on, stuff that you want others to admire about....A very important stage...this is where your art piece makes a big difference with others...Those that are not as important, you will have to let them 'go with the flow'....U only have 1 hour....you have to end it....
Soon, this 'game' will be over.....
take a step backward and look at your painting.....you should smile and acknowledge it...hey, u painted that okay?
(remember to save your work....LOL)
This is how life works....this is how i think we should play this 'game'...there are certain rules to follow....we don't have all the time in the world...be smart, focus on what you think is important...but also know that the beauty of life/art actually comes from the unfinished part...
This is my new philosophy of life.....I realised that in the past, I used to go into every little details and try to make the best out of it...in the end, i lost focus...I lost the joy of the game.....the whole painting may look damn good in all angle, but it is a 'dry' piece of work....so stiff......in other words, I've think too much...too rational...too careful...too uptight....i should have follow my instinct and feelings sometimes....but of course, you must reach a balance in your life/painting....
to master the art of ONE HOUR FREE STYLE SPEED PAINTING is never easy...but i'm here to tell you the trick to make it work...i'm still at step1 now....hahaaha!
